About

Hi, I'm Natalia.

At 15 I got on a plane alone and flew to America - not for a holiday, but to live, grow and figure out who I was. At 18 I left Poland for the UK with a suitcase and not much of a plan beyond London. I studied Media and PR, landed my first job at Fendi, interpreted for Tony Robbins and spent the next 15 years in the heart of global business - fast-paced sales, international teams, high-stakes environments across industries and continents.

From the outside, life looked like it was working.

But somewhere in the middle of all of it I kept asking myself, is this really it?

I was always on. Ticking things off, hitting goals, moving fast. And I was good at it. What I was less good at was actually feeling good while doing it. Not burnt out in a dramatic way. Just quietly running on empty in a life that looked full from the outside.

Cooking brought me back to myself. It became my meditation, my way of slowing down and showing up with love. And somewhere between the recipes and my corporate calendar something shifted.

I got obsessed with understanding why we feel the way we feel. The psychology of motivation, the neuroscience of habits, why we start things and stop, why wanting to change and actually changing are such different things. I studied it, lived it, tested it on myself.

And then two things happened at the same time. I found what I wanted to build and I became a mum.

Dare was born from all of that. Not from having it all figured out, but from needing something that did not yet exist. A daily planner built around the whole of you. Your energy, your wellbeing, your life. Not just your to-do list.

I am still in the corporate world. Still figuring things out. Still some days fighting myself to show up.

Dare was never just about a planner though. The vision has always been about a community of people daring to live differently.

You can want a big life and still feel good living it.

With love,
Natalia
