About us
I’ve been fascinated by productivity for a long time now — how some people seem to have it all together without drowning in to-do lists, missed deadlines and that nagging feeling that they should be doing more. Figuring out the secret sauce of successful people beyond their talents — what makes them so effective and so consistent. The more I studied them, the more I realised it wasn’t about working harder or squeezing more into the day — it was about having the right systems in place. They weren’t relying on motivation alone (because let’s be real, that fades fast). Instead, they had habits, routines and tools that made productivity feel natural rather than forced. They knew how to set clear priorities and manage their energy instead of just their time. They showed up for themselves, every day. And most importantly, they didn’t just focus on doing — they made space for thinking, strategising and resting their mind and body.
I’ve read the books, tried the apps and tested countless planners, searching for that perfect system to help me stay consistent. But here’s the thing — I kept running into the same problem. Most planners were either packed with overwhelming questions, took too much time to fill out that it felt like a huge chore in itself, or felt so rigid that they left me feeling overwhelmed instead of empowered. Sound familiar?
I wanted something different — something simple yet effective. A flexible planner that didn’t just help me tick off tasks but actually supported me in building the life I wanted. One that helped me stay organised without overwhelming me. That didn’t require getting up at 4am and crushing 30 tasks before breakfast. That kept me accountable without making productivity feel like a full-time job. That reminded me to live and remember about myself, not just work through an endless to-do list.
That’s why I created Dare Productivity Planner.
As someone who used to feel chronically disorganised (yes, I’ve been there — sticky notes everywhere, forgotten deadlines and that constant feeling of “I should be doing more”), I knew I wanted to design something really effective. A planner that combines the best productivity strategies practiced by successful people — without the overwhelm. A planner that helps you manage your time and your well-being.
At Dare Productivity, we believe productivity isn’t about doing more — it’s about creating headspace to focus and actually being able to have more time for the things that light you up, while still leaving room for rest, reflection and joy.
Whether you’re a busy professional, a creative dreamer, or someone just trying to keep it all together, I hope Dare becomes your go-to planner for feeling inspired to dream big and staying consistent.
Just start where you are. Your future self will thank you.
With love,
Natalia
