Built around you, not just your tasks.
You have tried the planners that made you feel behind before the week had even started. Too rigid, too demanding, gone by Wednesday.
This is different.
Dare planner is a daily ritual built around the whole of you: your energy, your thoughts, your sleep, what you actually want from the day. Not another system to keep up with. Just a quiet, grounding practice that helps you stay on top of life without losing yourself in the process.
Each day takes around 15 minutes. A few minutes in the morning to set your intentions. A few minutes in the evening to close the loop. Simple enough to actually stick with. Meaningful enough to matter.
Inside every daily page:
A morning brain dump to clear your head before the day takes over. Your top three priorities - not everything is urgent, even when it feels like it is. A wellbeing section covering sleep, energy, movement, gratitude and one thing just for you. An evening reset to help you wind down with intention.
Across the full planner:
Monthly overviews, habit trackers, budget pages, weekly meal planning, travel planning and personal lists for the books, films, restaurants and recipes worth remembering. Plus a mini challenges section.
For the dreamers with full schedules, the ambitious people who want more from life, and anyone who is ready to stop just getting through the day and start actually living it.
Undated - start any day. Including today.

Time-block your schedule, set your top 3 priorities for the day and list other tasks you want to complete.
3. Fill out your wellbeing section (5 min)
Sleep tracker: Note what time you went to bed and woke up and your total hours slept. Rate your energy level for the day.
Gratitude: Write down one thing you’re grateful for.
1 thing for me: Choose one thing you’ll do for yourself today.
Movement: Plan your exercise or physical activity.
Evening Reset: Decide on one thing to do in the evening to unwind.

- Habit stacking – link new habits to existing ones to make them stick.
- Make it obvious – set time and location for your habits to make them automatic.
- Vision boarding - use for visualisation and goal setting.
- Habit tracking – see your consistency build over time.
- Sleep tracking & health – better sleep = better life.
- Daily routines – set up systems that keep you on track.

I’m really pleased with this Undated Daily Productivity Planner. The quality of the notebook is excellent, with a sturdy cover and well-designed pages that make it easy to organise daily tasks and priorities. I particularly like that it is undated, which means I can start using it at any time without wasting pages.
The layout is simple and practical, helping me stay focused and structured throughout the day. It’s a great tool for planning tasks, tracking progress, and staying productive.
Overall, it’s a very thoughtful and useful planner, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to stay organised.
A lovely quality hard back planner/journal (not sure which it is really). I love the vision board bit at the front but the first third is a little confusing as its focus is unclear and too many things in one place,
finance/relationships/health/projects/habits/goals.
The latter 2 thirds is much more to my taste and needs with space for thoughts, planning and reflection as
well as goal setting.
Also love the mini challenges at the back but feel they should be at the beginning or centre of the book to inspire not at the back like an after thought.
I love this planner. I love that it is not dated so that it can be be used for more than just one year. I love that it is not a pressure - don’t fill it in for a month? That’s fine there’s no judgement. It’s a place to be honest with and about yourself. My favourite bits are the morning thoughts and notes, the mini challenges and wish lists. This planner is friend to check in with and in a busy world give myself time to think how I am doing and where I want to be.
My absolute must have! I love the aesthetics of the cover. But I’m even more obsessed with the inside of the journal. It has everything I need from mood tracking to writing down my thoughts.
Love love love this planner, when life gets hectic this little book helps to organise the chaos
