How to use

1. Start your morning with brain dumping (5 min max, 1 page)
Write down your morning thoughts — anything on your mind. This helps clear mental clutter and set the tone for the day.

2. Plan your day (5 min)

3. Fill out your wellbeing section (5 min)
Sleep tracker:
Note what time you went to bed and woke up and your total hours slept. Rate your energy level for the day.

Gratitude: Write down one thing you’re grateful for.
1 thing for me: Choose one thing you’ll do for yourself today.
Movement: Plan your exercise or physical activity.
